The objective of the procurement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority has a predictable access to clothing for employees in different activities and arrangements (festivals, stands at the shopping centre etc.) and home visits to profile source sorting. This also involves promotional items which can be handed out in the mentioned situations to the public and during the Contracting Authority's training activities. The agreement also comprises any gifts for internal use in the agency and to collaborating partners.

Requirement:
The tenderer shall be a legally established company
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate
Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Documentation requirement:
The company's last Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Report and Audit Report, as well as recent information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers.
The contracting authority retains the right to obtain a credit rating from Bisnode Credit, which will be used as a basis in the evaluation.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement I:
Tenderers shall have experience from similar contracts.
Documentation requirement:
An overview of the primary goods deliveries that the tenderer has carried out during the last three years that are of relevance to this contract, including the contract's value, date of delivery and name of the recipient.
Requirement II:
The supplier shall have a good ability to fulfil the contract.
A statement of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the administration in the last 3 years.
Requirement III:
A good and well-functioning management system is required for quality assurance and environmental management for the services that shall be delivered.
Documentation on the tenderer's quality assurance and environmental management systems. If possible, attach a copy of applicable ISO certificate (ISO 9001/14001).
Requirement IV:
The tenderer is required to have implemented a quality assurance system that ensures the tenderer is suitable to fulfil the contractual obligations for ethical requirements (see social contractual terms, Annex 3). This means that the tenderer has methods for management of the supplier chain and tracking systems that enable follow up of compliance with basic human rights, i.a.:

— All workers have the right to fa and good payment that ensures them and their family a dignified existence, and if necessary, complemented by other social protection (UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights art. 23.3).
— Everyone has the right to rest and leisure time, including reasonable limiting of work hours and regular holidays with pay (UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights art. 24)
Also ILO's core conventions (ILO convention number 138 and 182 (ban on discrimination), numbers 29 and 105 (ban on discrimination/slave work), numbers 100 and 111 (ban on discrimination) and numbers 87 and 98 (freedom of association and right to collective bargaining).
