Based on figures from 2016, the volume is estimated to be 2 600 000 NOK during the contract period.

The Contracting Authority does not pledge a specified volume, as changes in the need, budget and procedures may affect the total volume.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

A framework agreement shall be signed for two years. The contracting authority has a unilateral right to extend the contract by 1 + 1 year. If the contract will not be extended, written notification on this will be given at least 3 months before the contract period expires.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Option for service contracts — The contracting authority would like an option to establish permanent contracts for measures and the protection of buildings from pests (mainly rats/mice) where this has not been done by the contracting authority itself. This shall be priced as an option.

Tenderers shall be a legally established company. A company registration certificate is required for Norwegian companies. Foreign companies must submit proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
