The current media market provides new possibilities for to-the-point communication and segmentation. Enova wants to increase the efficiency and optimise media service procurements and create more clarified synergies between own channels and paid channels. In order to achieve this goal, Enova requires strategic media planning services, knowledge of development and efficient use of the media, negotiations and consultancy services thereof. The service provider shall provide these services and at the same time contribute to the development of Enova as a buyer of media services. The service provider must also give advice on how an organisation as Enova shall use relevant media channels. The annual scope of media purchase is estimated to approx. 10 000 000 — 15 000 000 NOK, including VAT. This is only an estimate and it is not to be seen as the expected media procurements each year in the contract period.
