Framework agreement for ICT consultancy services

Kompetanse Norge

The framework agreement shall cover Kompetanse Norge's need for competence which the Contracting Authority cannot access in their own organisation or when external resources are required. The agreements shall also be used when there is a need for extra capacity.
Kompetanse Norge requires consultancy services, hereunder project management, in a broad range of ICT services. We require, i.a. Consultancy and services for the development of ICT strategies, for the implementation of the technical side of procurements and monitoring of contracts and suppliers in major and minor ICT projects as well as the implementation of new solutions. The consultants offered shall work together with employees of Kompetanse Norge. Kompetanse Norge has framework agreements on legal assistance/services, i.a. Related to procurements, and it will therefore also be necessary to cooperate with our supplier on this area.
A framework agreement shall be signed with 3 tenderers.
