Norsk Tipping AS

The aim of this framework agreement is the procurement of cleaning services and carpet and furniture cleaning for Norsk Tipping.
The procurement consists of 2 parts:
Part 1: Cleaning services
— Regular cleaning;
— Periodic cleaning.
Part 2: Carpet and furniture cleaning
— Cleaning carpeted floors;
— Cleaning textile furniture.
The Norwegian standard NS-INSTA 800:2010 will form the basis for determining and assessing the cleaning quality.
The contracts will be based on NS8431:2015 General Contract Terms for the Provision of Cleaning Services.

Norsk Tipping has approx. 8 500 m

Norsk Tipping has approx. 400 workplaces with office chairs and approx. 30 meeting rooms with meeting room chairs, as well as a canteen with approx. 300 chairs with textile covers. A total of approx. 1500 chairs shall be cleaned each year. Most of the chairs have covers of high quality material, many with wool.

The carpets and furniture shall be cleaned at the same time.

The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Satisfactory finances are required.

Documentation requirement

— Income statement and the balance with notes, as well as the annual report and the auditor's report for the last 2 years (an assessment can be made as to whether it is sufficient with just the last year). A cash flow statement is required for the companies that are obliged to provide such.

— Credit assessment/rating, not older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

— The last available quarterly accounts with the balance for the current year, if it is more than 6 months since the last annual accounts.

— Any other information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Capacity

Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability and the capacity to fulfil the contract.

Experience

Tenderers shall refer to three previous assignments that are relevant for this assignment as regards content and size.

Quality assurance. Tenderers shall have routines that ensure quality and service as regards the delivery.
