Vefsn municipality wants to enter into a 3 year agreement. Option for 1+1 year extension of the contract. The agreement period expires after 3 years unless the municipality, within 6 months to this date, has notified the tenderer that the contract can be extended for 1 year. This applies to the extension for both years. Vefsn municipality wishes to enter into an agreement for cleaning products, paper and plastic products, cleaning accessories and cleaning machines. The competition consists of two lots where tenderers can submit tenders on one or both lots. Both lots shall also include training/courses in cleaning and/or use of cleaning machines.

The framework agreement shall comprise the delivery of cleaning products to the municipal buildings and residences. The framework agreement is expected to have an annual value of approx. 2 500 000 NOK. The total estimated contract value is approx. 10 000 000. The values are estimates based on procurement statistics from the previous year. The values are guidelines and excluding VAT. If a tender is given for a contract in the agreement, lot I shall have an annual estimated value of approx. 2 300 000 NOK and an estimated total contract value of 9 000 000 NOK. Lot I will have an annual estimated value of 200 000 NOK and an estimated total contract value of 1 000 000 NOK. The values listed above are only guidelines and shall not be binding for the municipality nor give the tenderer any rights.
