Kort beskrivelse:
The agreement includes the hire of fixed mats to KKE's buildings. There are currently approx. 3,000 m2 fixed mats divided between the various buildings. The estimated value is approx. NOK 1 100 000 per annum. The framework agreements are subject to financial funding and the contracting authority has the right to cancel the tender contest if such funding are not granted.

The agreement can be adjusted in relation to new areas through new buildings/additions/reconstructions and disposal of buildings The price foundation of the agreement is based on increase of areas and equivalent for reduction of areas.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract period is two years.
The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract subject to the same conditions for 1+1 years, so that the total possible length of the contract is 4 years.

The tenderer must have the affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT).
Documentation:
— Tax certificate.
— Foreign tenderers must submit certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian authorities.
The tenderer must be a legally established company:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the company is established.

— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit rating shall be carried out by an publicly certified credit rating institution, ‘Profforvalt’ or similar.

The credit score must not be lower than A (creditworthy) or equivalent if a different form of score is used (numbers).
