The objective of the framework agreement is to comply with the requirements for nutritional products/institutional household articles for the municipality's units. See the description in the attached price sheet.
The municipalities Vefsn and Brønnøy invites to a joint open tender contest above the EEA threshold value. The framework agreement period is 4 years (2+1+1 years option) and includes deliveries of nutritional products
Vefsn municipality is managing the procurement process for both municipalities up until the evaluation is
concluded and the contract is ready to sign.
The participating municipalities will sign equivalent contracts based on the contract awarded to the chosen tenderer for their municipality, and will, thereafter, be responsible and follow-up their own contracts during the entire contract period.
Any status meetings shall be held jointly if this is found appropriate.

The participating municipalities have a total annual turnover of approx.: 13 000 000 NOK

The contract includes deliveries of food products to institutional households, including milk and dairy products for the municipalities' relevant entities.

The contracting authority will only relate to one supplier.

The annual estimated turnover for Vefsn municipality, including Vefsn institutional kitchen: 6 000 000 NOK.

The annual estimated turnover for Brønnøy municipality: 4 000 000 NOK.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The contract can be extended if needed, if a new framework agreement has not been signed by the end of the 4 year period.

The extension is only to cover a necessary period until a new framework agreement is in place.
