The Contracting authority has the option to extend the framework agreement by 1+1 year.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documented by Company Registration Certificate.

The company's tax affairs must be in order in relation to payment of tax and duties. Tenderers shall enclose a tax and VAT certificate.

Norwegian companies: The certificate shall be as recent as possible and not older than six months old from the tender deadline. The certificate shall be issued by the Norwegian Tax Administration and it can be ordered in Altinn or at the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration.

Foreign companies: In the case of foreign tenderers, certificates shall be presented which substantiate the fact that the tenderer has met the obligations in relation to the payment of tax and duties.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Annual financial statements for the last 3 fiscal years which includes the Director's report, income statement, balance sheet, notes, and auditor's report.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A list of the most important relevant deliveries and services performed during the past three years, including information about the value, time, as well as the name of the public or private recipients. A minimum of 3 (maximum 5) reference assignments must be described. Services to public contracting authorities shall be documented by certificates issued or confirmed by the authority in question. If the services were for private contracting authorities, certificates should be issued or confirmed by these. In the absence of this, a declaration from the tenderer will be accepted.

A statement of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management in the last three years (can be the same document as the expertise matrix).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers shall have competence and experience within the relevant consulting service and shall have carried out assignments of the same nature, complexity/degree of difficulty and scope/size.

Tenderers shall have sufficient capacity and execution capabilities.
