Romerike Avfallsforedling IKS (ROAF)

The main objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a service provider. The contract mainly includes asphalting at ROAF Miljøpark at Skedsmokorset. The assignment comprises asphalt maintenance services for the current plant and infrastructure, as well as new asphalting works. The works shall i.a. include asphalting of access roads, parking lots, development areas in connection with recycling stations and waste sorting plants. The works include asphalting/laying, rolling/levelling, improvements and repairs of road surfaces and sub-bases, removing uncompact material, cutting, milling as well as job notification services, etc.

Tenderers must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract. The tenderer is required to be credit worthy and have satisfactory liquidity, profitability and financial solidity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have an operational internal control system. — Tenderers shall describe the company's quality assurance system in order to ensure that the contract is in accordance with the agreed quality.

Two (2) references shall be enclosed with the tender. A brief description of two (2) comparable contracts in relation to competence requirements. Contact information to the reference contracts shall be included in the description.

— Document that laws and tariffs regarding wages and work conditions are complied. Also applies to any sub-contractors.

C.f. the Wage and work conditions requirements in public contracts (FOR-2008-02-08-112).

If there is a general tariff agreement, the wage level in this contract will form the basis for what is the normal level.
