Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Norwegian tenderers must have their affairs in order regarding the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT).
— Tax Certificate which is not more than 6 months from the tender deadline.
— Foreign tenderers must submit certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian authorities.
Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

— Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.
The contracting authority will conduct its own independent assessment of the tenderer's financial soundness. The assessment will be conducted in collaboration with a credit rating agency. The contracting authority uses Credit Easy for credit rating and tenderers must have grade 3 (credit worthy) or better, to be qualified.

If sub suppliers will be used for more than 100 000 NOK per annum, Ringsaker municipality reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of the named sub supplier.
Recently established companies will be assessed separately.
Newly established companies are obliged to enclose the necessary information so that the contracting authority can assess the company's economic and financial capacity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts.
Description of the tenderer's three most relevant contracts during the last three years. Annex 5 References, shall be used.
It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.
Ringsaker municipality is a control member in Grønt Punkt Norge and it is a requirement that suppliers have a conscious and active attitude to environmental considerations as regards the activities they run. As regards this competition, this means the sorting of waste to take care of the environment.
