Prosjektutvikling Midt-Norge AS

Flatåsen IL has entered into a contract with Trondheim municipality to be responsible for the construction of a new indoor football pitch as well as a new multi-purpose hall at Flatåsen in Trondheim.
A tender contest is, thus, being announced for the procurement of a turnkey contractor for the engineering design services and construction. The procurement will include the construction of a new artificial grass pitch, the construction of the halls and ensuring that the order requirements in the zoning plan are carried out.
The procurement and project management are to be executed according to the Best Value Procurement method (BVP), also called ‘performance procurement’. The term is relatively new within procurements in Norway, so potential tenderers are recommended to study what the BVP method involves as regards requirements for the tender and project management in the execution.
As a part of the tender seminar and site inspection, the contracting authority will hold an information meeting for potential tenderers on BVP. In the meeting the project will be presented and a general orientation will be given about what BVP involves.
