The contracting authority would like tenders for the execution, interpretation and reporting of the ground conditions in Halsafjorden, Sulafjorden, Vartdalsfjorden and Romsdalsfjorden. The purpose of the procurement is to obtain the necessary basis for the engineering design services for new fjord crossings over these fjords.
The assignment is for both geo-physical surveys (bathymetry, seismic, side-searching sonar) and geo-technical surveys (cone penetration tests (CPTU) and sample-taking) in the three fjords. The assignment is divided into two phases — phase 1 will be the execution of the geo-physical surveys and the introductory geo-technical surveys (without drilling) and phase 2 will be the execution of detailed geo-technical surveys (with drilling). Both of the phases will also include reporting the results and, in addition, phase 1 will also include an option for interpretation of the geo-physical measurements.

Tenderers shall enclose a tax and VAT certificate.
Norwegian companies: The certificate shall be as recent as possible and not older than six months old from the tender deadline. The certificate shall be issued by the Norwegian Tax Administration and it can be ordered in Altinn or at the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration.
