The scope and purpose of the contract.
The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the contracting authority, in accordance with current laws and regulations, achieves a cost efficient and rational procurement and, at the same time, ensure a good service procurement contract with a competent and solid collaboration partner.
The procurement shall ensure that the contracting authority can procure a future orientated firewall system that can contribute to the best possible security for the contracting authority's infrastructure. In addition to the procurement of the actual firewall, the procurement shall also ensure that the system is always updated through a ‘subscription’ to the necessary maintenance services. The contracting authority would like, through the procurement, to have access to competent resources for support and further maintenance of the system.
