Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contract is planned to be initiated in October 2017 and it will be in force until September 2019, with an option for a 2 year extension (1+1). Use of options triggered unilaterally by the contracting authority. If the options are taken up, the tenderer will be given the right to adjust the price in accordance with the ‘General Procurement Terms for service procurements’, point 3. Otherwise the options will be taken up on unchanged terms.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement: 1. the tenderer is required to have a legally established company.

Documentation: 1. Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.

Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: 1. Tenderers shall have the financial capacity/provide assurance that the tenderer will be financial viable to fulfil the entire assignment/contract — the company is required to be credit worthy (requirement A — also applies to sub-suppliers).

2. Relevant liability insurance.

Tenderers shall have liability insurance that covers damage caused by the contracting authority or a third party, both injury to persons and damage to property. The insurance shall under all circumstances give the contracting authority the right to demand compensation directly from the insurance company.

The insurance certificate shall be sent to the contracting authority before the contract is signed.

Documentation: 1. Asker municipality will obtain a rating itself from Bisnode CreditPro/CreditEasy.

2. Liability insurance certificate.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: 1. The evaluation of the tenderer's technical and professional qualifications will based on his abilities, efficiency, experience and reliability related to the execution of such services and work as required in the contract.

Documentation: 1. An overview of the most important deliveries of goods or services that the tenderer has carried out in the last three years, together with information on the contract's value, delivery date or execution and the name of the recipient.

2. A statement of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the administration in the last 3 years.

3. A description of the tools, material and technical equipment that the tenderer has at its disposal for fulfilment of the contract.

4. A description of the proportion of the contract that is expected to be carried out by sub-suppliers.
