The contract is for an evaluation of the grant scheme for municipal development (KUM).
The evaluation shall assess whether the aim of the grant scheme for municipal development (KUM) has been achieved. We would like to have an evaluation of the grant scheme's degree of target achievement and whether the grant scheme is effective in its use of resources and organisation. The evaluation will be a part of the knowledge basis to improve future organisation and financing of the municipalities' development regarding integration. Furthermore, the evaluation will provide input to the further development of the Norwegian Language Training and social studies and the Introduction Programme.
