Evaluation of a plan for stepping-up measures for the substance abuse field

The Norwegian Directorate of Health would like to enter into a contract for a plan for stepping-up measures for the substance abuse field. The Plan for Stepping-Up measures for the substance abuse field shall be implemented in the period 2016-2020. The evaluation assignment shall be conducted from the contract date until medio 2021.
The financial frame for the assignment is 4 500 000 NOK, excluding VAT. This frame is subject to alterations in the government budget. The Norwegian Directorate of Health shall also have the option for additional works, directed assignments, etc., related to the evaluation assignment. The total value of the option is up to 1 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT.
