It is Flytoget's clear expectation that the tenderer who signs the framework agreement develops good insight into all parts of Flytoget's operations that are relevant for fulfilment of the contract. Furthermore, Flytoget expects that the tenderer develops a large degree of independence as regards the execution of assignments at the same time that Flytoget's involvement in the approval of various stages is ensured in the process.

The tenderer must, therefore, ensure both continuity in his own organisation as well as proactive involvement in Flytoget's activities.
An efficient process for production up until the completed product is of great importance for Flytoget. Great emphasis will, therefore, be put on the connection between design, development and production. A central assignment for the tenderer, in addition to design and development, will also be to carry out and/or procure production that ensures the correct quality on the best possible terms.

Design and development
Most of the work will consist of design and development, including a prototype up to a complete production basis and/or finished product. The design, development and production of mechanical parts and components for the trains is, as a rule, done in accordance with Flytoget's requirements and specifications. The estimated volume for the design and development is approx. 750 hours per annum, excluding production.

Production
The tenderer will normally also be responsible for production with a total value of up to 1 000 000 NOK, i.e., carrying out and/or procuring the production. Flytoget can procure production with a total value of more than 1 000 000 NOK.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 8 000 000 NOK 💰
