The work is intended to be carried out in 3 contracts. 1 execution contract for the Haukeli tunnesl and Svandalsflona avalanche shelter in Odda municipality, 1 execution contract for Porsgrunn tunnel in Porsgrunn municipality and 1 turnkey contract for the Vadfoss and Kragerø tunnels in Kragerø municipality. A contract for the latter assignment will mean that the tenderer cannot participate with other contractors for the turnkey contract in this contract.
Follow-up during the construction is also included as a part of the assignment.
