Porsgrunn kommune

Drangedal and Porsgrunn municipalities shall together procure an education administration system (OAS). This means a trading system for nurseries, before-and-after-school care, and schools. The system shall be delivered as a cloud service for each municipality.
The school administration system (SAS) shall be ready for use by the Contracting Authority by 01.08.2018 at the latest. The nursery and before-and-after-school care system shall be ready for use by the Contracting Authority by 01.08.2019 at the latest.
Options in the delivery are to be implemented as agreed.

— changes made by the Contracting Authority due to municipality mergers, restructuring, etc.
— the Contracting Authority covered by this contract, cf. point 1.1 of the tender documentation, can be changed due to municipality mergers, typically by a municipality (with the accompanying municipal companies) outside the procurement cooperation merging with a municipality that is included. If there is such a municipality merger, the municipality that is outside the contract (possibly with the accompanying municipal companies) can choose to join the contract on the same terms.
