E6 Finneidstraumen, road contract, includes construction of the new E6 in Fauske kommune. Less than 900 metres of new European Road shall be built including complete infrastructure with cable and pipeline work.
The contract comprises blasting and establishment of troughs, as well as establishment of Water and Sewage ditches in rock/uncompacted materials. Preparation of fillings, superstructures and associated road equipment.
In addition to construction of the road, insitu cast concrete retaining walls shall be established on the north side of the maelstrom. The retaining wall s under 200 metres long.
Guidelines on main quantities:
Blasting: 40,000 pfm3
Filling works: 10,000 pam3.

Structural steel: 465 tonnes
