E11 consists of the construction of a side tunnel (700 m) from the beach zone on property 50/4 Randaberg municipality, westwards towards the main Rogfast tunnel (Boknafjord tunnel). The side tunnel is to be established in order to enable the transport of matter from subsequent contracts directly to a regulated filling area at Mekjarvik. Matter from the E11 shall be taken to a sea filling just by the tunnel opening.
