Entur invites tenderers to a pre-qualification in a contract competition.
Entur shall make it easier to plan and buy public transport journeys nationwide in Norway. In order to do this, we have to have the right people with the right competence. The aim of this procurement is to find people who can make our systems even better. The delivery includes the hire of resources who shall work in a team together with employees in Entur and others who are hired from other companies.
Framework agreement for delivery area 1: Management, architecture and design The framework agreement shall ensure efficient and good consultancy services in the mentioned areas for the Contracting Authority.
Framework agreement for delivery area 2: Development. The framework agreement shall ensure efficient and good consultancy services in the mentioned areas for the Contracting Authority.
The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for delivery area 1: Management, architecture and design.

We reserve the right to choose a maximum of 4 tenderers from the qualified tenderers, who can participate in the competition for delivery area 1 and a maximum of 4 tenderers who can participate in the competition for delivery area 2.
The selection of the tenderers who will be able to participate in the competition will be made according to the principle best qualified. The tenderers will be evaluated in point 5.1.6 Technical and Professional Qualifications.
