The supplier is responsible for ensuring that VEAS-soil is handled and used according to applicable regulations and best practice. The supplier shall establish and follow-up agreements with recipients, compost suppliers, and spreading contractors. The agreement is contingent upon in depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and extensive contact with end-users, local agricultural offices and actual professional groups in the wastewater-sludge and refuse disposal industries. The supplier shall administer and handle all invoicing related to the underlying agreements.
