Development services for a new school centre at Tangvall

Søgne kommune

The main aim of the procurement is to decide on a detailed development plan for an area for a new school centre and sports facilities at Tangvall, Søgne municipality. The new school centre shall consist of a sixth form college and secondary school and there shall be a large degree of co-use and joint functions between the schools.
A feasibility study shall be prepared for the area's use. The feasibility study shall be used as a decision basis for the further work on the detailed development plan and for the further work on planning the school, sports facilities and other relevant purposes.
The planning work triggers a requirement for an impact assessment. The impact assessment is to be carried out in accordance with the guidelines in the proposed planning programme.
A comprehensive description of the work is in the tender documentation part II and the annexes.
