The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with a developer who can deliver minimum 30 Mbits/s broad band speed to private customers, companies and public buildings in the development area. The development area is the south-east of Åsnes municipality and the north of Grue municipality. In total the project shall be able to offer improved internet access to 460 households, split between 330 households in Åsnes municipality and 130 households in Grue municipality. It will be the tenderer's responsibility to design the development and develop it so that the requirements in this notice are fulfilled. The following expenses will be approved as site expenses:

1. Excavation costs, i.e. expenses for excavation and laying pipes and cables, filling in, asphalting, clearing up, removal of excess matter, including expenses for the excavation contractor.
2. Any documented expenses for basic compensation for conveying ditches over landowners' property.
3. Procurement of material required for the development of a fully functional network in accordance with the requirement specifications. Labour in the form of an installer/helper for the development of the network.
4. Necessary project management and engineering design costs for carrying out the development. This only applies to such costs incurred after the tender has been submitted.
5. Expenses for joint conveyance (1-time fee) to other mast owners (e.g. Telenor or Eidsiva Anlegg AS).
6. Other expenses that, after a concrete assessment, can be accepted as necessary in order for the installation to function in accordance with the enquiry.
Operational costs, maintenance costs and expenses for the delivery of content services are not eligible costs. Price rises in the installation period shall be included in the tender sum.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority would like to enter into an option contract with a developer who can deliver minimum 30 Mbits/s broad band speed to private customers, companies and public buildings at addresses on the address list in the option areas. These address lists will be added as an additional document simultaneously with this amendment notice. It is a prerequisite for the option contract that the public equity (NKOM + municipal equity) in the total delivery, including the option areas, does not exceed 7 190 000 NOK.
