The Norwegian Coastal Administration wants, by this contract, to enter into a framework agreement for establishing (and maintaining) a data warehouse system etc., that can process a large amount of data and combine many sets of data. The contract includes the delivery of an analyses and presentation system that shall provide the selection and visualisation of data in maps, tables and diagrams. The scope also includes a portal for sharing open and restricted data to both externals and employees through GUI, files and API.
