County Road 633 Tunnel Kleiva: Electrical installations

County Road 633 Tunnel Kleiva will have electrotechnical installations connected to the approx. 500 m long Kleiva tunnel, as well as some hundred metres og street lights. The installations are to be equipped as a tunnel in Class B in accordance with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's hand book N500. The installations will include:
— street lights,
— tunnel lighting,
— boards for normal electricity,
— boards for emergency electricity,
— UPS installations,
— radio (DAB) installations,
— emergency stations with emergency telephones and fire extinguishers,
— light sensors,
— installations for traffic management (traffic lights),
— control installations (PLS),
— programming of control installations and interface with Vegtrafikksentralen vest,
— cable installations for normal electricity,
— cable installations for emergency electricity,
— escape lighting,
— electrical cattle grid.
Technical buildings, conduit installations, cable racks and the parts of the earthing system that are in the ground shall be carried out by another contractor.

The project includes the delivery and installation of electrical, control technical, communcation technical and radio technical systems in the Kleiva tunnel. The tunnel is 570 m.

Long with profile T5.5 with a passing place profile T8.5, 300 m. open air road, 26 m portal and 1 technical building.

The project includes the delivery and assembly of:

— boards and equipment,

— emergency lights,

— emergency telephone installations,

— emergency stations (cupboards),

— boards and fixtures in emergency stations (kiosks),

— control and monitoring installations,

— radio central and radio amplifiers and aerials for broadcasting and communication installations,

— radio feed and aerial cables,

— signal, fibre and heavy current cables,

— cable risers,

— street light installations.

Main quantities

For the technical building:

— 1 board for 400 V TN-S,

— 1 board for 230 V IT,

— 1 board for control/fibre (SRO),

— 1 telephone exchange,

— 1 radio central,

— 2 UPS,

— 1 x 400/230 V transformer.

In or near the tunnel:

— 590 m cable ladder,

— approx. 101 tunnel light fixtures,

— approx. 23 escape route lighting fittings,

— 6 emergency station cabinets with fittings,

— 1 board and fittings in emergency stations,

— approx. 6 internally lit signs,

— 4 stop flashing lights,

— 7 emergency telephones,

— approx. 590 m radiating aerial cable,

— approx. 2 km fibre cable,

— approx. 7 km heavy current cable,

— 1.2 km earth conductor 50 mm

The contractor shall also implement verification upon inspections, testing and reporting the finished electrical installation system, as well as preparing complete documentation.

The project shall be implemented based on drafts.
