The procurement covers 1 contract, the successful tenderer will be assigned responsibility to systematise and present evaluation-based knowledge about Norwegian and other donors' development efforts in six Norwegian ‘focus countries’ in the form of Country Evaluation Briefs (CEB) with accompanying Evaluation Portraits (EP) — 1 of each per focus country.
The objective is to collect, collate and systematically present, in the form of CEBs and EPs, findings from existing evaluations of development interventions in the Norwegian ‘focus countries’. Each CEB would emphasise the following aspects: (a) the specific context affecting development interventions in the respective country/-ies; (b) the nature of the programmes and projects studied, including the levels of development support received; (c) key findings from the existing evaluations. If feasible, the findings should be grouped per thematic area.

The assignment shall be carried out from April 2017 through December 2018, within a maximum timeframe of 312 work days. The scope of service performance is as further described in the tender document Annex 1 — Terms of Reference.

Varighet: 20 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Norad has the option for one — 1 - additional assignment for six different focus countries based on the same contract terms. The time frame, approach, methodology, team/competence and price shall be the same. Norad has the right to make minor, not substantial, adjustments to the assignment within the terms of the contract. Norad shall, by no later than 31.1.2018, notify the supplier in writing as to whether or not the option shall be activated.
