HiOA estimates the contract value for the first year to approx. NOK 5 000 000, excluding VAT, and between NOK 1 — 3 000 000 for 2 years. The value during the next years are expected to be lower. This is only an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority.

In order to participate in the competition, tenderers must fill in the electronic self-declaration form (ESPD), stating that they fulfil all of the qualification requirements mentioned in the tender documentation. The tenderer/tenderers who are chosen before the notification letter is sent out must document fulfilment of the qualification requirements in accordance with the stated documentation requirements.

The self-declaration form (ESPD) shall be submitted as a PDF and Word document in a separate questionnaire in the ‘Supplier Portal’.
