The competition is for a contract for a framework agreement for construction managers for Skedsmo municipality. The procurement's value is estimated to: 3 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. The value is an estimate based on statistics and accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent services for the same buyer group for previous years, as well as future budgets. The value must therefore be considered an estimate and is not binding.
The aim of the procurement is to ensure that Skedsmo municipality has access to construction managers for projects related to the properties that Skedsmo municipality manages.
If possible, 3 parallel framework agreements shall be signed.
The procurement does not include construction manager assignments that have already been started, unless the contracting authority decides otherwise.
