The condition analyses shall include the following disciplines:
Building: Mapping the condition of building parts, including cost and maintenance plan.
HVAC and sanitation: Mapping the condition of the HVAC and sanitation installations and ventilation, including cost and maintenance plans.
Electro: Mapping the condition of the electrical installations, including cost and maintenance plans.
Fire engineering: Mapping the fire engineering constructions and installations, upgrading fire drawings.
Larvik municipality shall procure condition analyses with maintenance plans.
Condition analyses
A condition analysis shall be carried out on all purpose-built buildings. The condition analyses are to be carried out in accordance with NS 3424 Condition Analysis of Structures, NS-16096 Condition Analysis of Listed and Protected Buildings.

The condition analysis shall include the following:
The mapping shall include the condition degree as well as a cost calculation for improvements.
Maintenance plan:
Afterwards a maintenance plan shall be prepared for the building's remaining lifetime. The maintenance plan shall include.
The maintenance plan shall be worked into the MOM system for Larvik municipality. Necessary training will be provided.
Volume and extent:
Larvik municipality has approx. 43 000 inhabitants and a total area of approx. 530 km
Property operations in Larvik municipality make up a significant part of the total operations. There are approx. 230 000 m
There are approx. 85 buildings, with a total of approx. 193 000 m
The number of hours is estimated to approx. 4 500 hours. The figures are an estimate and are not determining for the amount that shall be delivered under this contract.
