Tromsø municipality invites tenderers to a competition for the delivery of fuel and heating oil.
The assignment comprises:
Fuel for Tromsø municipality's and Tromsø Parking AS' vehicles.
Heating oil for Tromsø municipality's heating furnaces.
Tromsø municipality.
Tromsø municipality has a varied fleet of vehicles consisting of petrol and diesel powered cars. In June 2017, Tromsø municipality's vehicle fleet contained 415 vehicles. 15 of these are various larger construction machines and 30 are lorries. 20 of those belong to the Urban operations and 10 belong to the Fire and Rescue Service. The municipality also has a number of smaller machinery and equipment with fuel requirements. This includes snow groomers, various cutting machines, etc.
Tromsø Parkering AS has 7 vehicle under 3 500 kg, one sweeping vehicle and one wheeled loader.
Tromsø Parkering AS' vehicles are located in the central areas of Tromsø.

The construction diesel on tank for snow groomers shall be delivered at the following locations:
TUIL Arena AS;
Tromsø Alpinpark;
Templarheimen;
Storelva skistadion.
Tromsø municipality must also be able to use alternative and more environmental friendly fuel. Particularly for our heavy vehicles. Tenderer must be able to offer environmentally friendly fuel, including bio fuel or equivalent that reduces the emission of NoX and CO
