Hordaland fylkeskommune

The Regional department of Hordaland fylkeskommune wants to enter into contract with 1 or more suppliers for the delivery of competence brokerage services.
The assignment is connected to the Research Council of Norway's Regional Initiative Mobilisation as a 3 year initiative with start up in 2017. Hordaland fylkeskommune is the project manager for initiatives in Hordaland and has called the project 'Mobiforsk'.
'Mobiforsk' has 2 thematic initiative areas:
1. Sustainable growth within the bio-economy.
2. Technology development through industry crossing connections.
Tenderers can choose to submit tender offers on 1 or both of these areas.
The contracts will apply from signing of the contract until the end of 2018, with an option to extend for a further 1 year (2019), altogether a maximum of 3 years.
The value of the procurement has a set maximum of 500 000 NOK per year for each area package, thus a maximum of 1 500 000 NOK per package including all options.
