The procurement is in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR), parts I and IV.
The objective of the procurement is to meet the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' and the Norwegian Peace Corps' requirements for company health services, as well as health services in relation to trips and stays in countries and regions with high health risks, requiring medical check-ups and vaccinations of personnel. The requirement shall be covered by entering into two framework agreements. Each framework agreement will be entered into with one provider. The framework agreements concern company health services (sub-contract 1) and medical consultancy, vaccines and health check-ups (sub-contract 2). The provider of the service shall contribute to the contracting authority's preventive work and contribute to create healthy and safe working conditions.

Norwegian tenderers shall present a tax and VAT certificate. The certificate is issued by Altinn. The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

The following qualification requirement applies to sub-contract 1:

The tenderer must comply with requirements for becoming a certified provider of company health service. The requirements are given in FOR-2011-12-06-1360; the Regulation concerning administrative schemes under the Act relating to working environment (the Regulation concerning administrative schemes) § 2-2.

Documentation requirement:

A valid certificate on providing company health services is issued by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.

Qualification requirements for sub-contract 2 are not required.
