The tenderer shall be HiOA's consulting and collaborating partner in strategic and operative communications consulting, assist in strengthening and supplementing the competence within the communications field amongst the management at the coming university, and for employees at the Department of Public Relations and Communications (hereafter SK).

HiOA's aim is to challenge and set agendas in the public debate, and will therefore have a need for consulting. The tenderer shall assist in strengthening and supplementing competence within the communications field amongst the management at the coming university, and for employees at the Department of Public Relations and communications (hereafter SK).

The tenderer who is awarded the framework agreement will work together with leaders and consultants in SK, the senior management at the university college and leaders and researchers at the faculty and institute level.

The tenderer shall be HiOA's consulting and collaborating partner on the development and management of HiOA's visual profile. The framework agreement applies across all arenas and channels; digital, print, stand materials and signage. The tender also comprises the design of new external websites and digital content consulting.

The tenderer shall assist HiOA in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives in line with the university's overall objective, including campaigns connected to student recruiting and profiling of the new university.
