Kort beskrivelse:
Building21 seeks a practical and pragmatic person with good knowledge of the industry. The communication consultant shall be included in Building21's administrative team. The communication consultant shall ensure active communication via the WEB, newsletters and social arenas/media. The consultant shall sell and organise different events, and communicate our productions as articles, feature articles, reports and other specific communication measures. The communication consultant shall function as our primary contact with our main provider of communication services and systems thereof.

The municipal consultant shall work within approved budget frames and plans and shall follow Building21's communication instruction.
The communication consultant shall:
Carry out large and small communication assignments, such as:
o Create articles for the media and separate arenas,
o Provide contributions to presentations and speech points,
o Arrange and market small and large meeting points,
o Prepare reports and publications in co-operation with others,
o Create feature articles and comments,
o Provide professional support to others for ensuring clear and faultless articles:
— Identify the potential for communication in connection with Building21's assignments and work,
— Support the activity by providing good and suitable solutions,
— Follow-up external deliveries together with the executive director of Building21,
— Create our communication and dialogue plans in co-operation with our administrative team, and support the executive director of Building21' presentations to the Board of Directors. Special features of Building21's assignments:
— Building21 shall ensure that the best practice is identified and put in use,
— The work shall first and foremost be carried out by Bygg21' six work groups,
— Building21 is neutral and based on knowledge,
— Building21 shall guide, motive and challenge,
— Facebok, the Web and newsletters are our arenas of communication,
— Our advice and solutions shall be communicated via formal reports by using measures that gives the best possible support.
Building21's primary target group is all types of businesses that are working in the value chain buildings and properties. Building21 shall have a particular focus on public and private building owners and builders, as well as building contractors and contractors who take the main or total responsibility for construction works for buildings as the industry's premise providers. Building21 shall communicate with the authorities, the bank/finance market and other external premise providers for the industry. In special cases Building21 will also communicate with end-users/users of buildings and areas.

Competence requirement:
— Professional competence as journalist or equivalent, on minimum master level or equivalent. Long experience with equivalent work can result in the requirement for education being non-mandatory.
— Controlling the span between the strategic and operative parts by quickly being able to transfer complex knowledge to an easy understandable message, based on knowledge of the target group's everyday life and practise.
— Be in command of the Web, publication tools and social media.
— Be able to interact with the building and property industry and have knowledge of their structures and characteristics.
— Be able to provide in accordance with the formal requirements a governmental appointed board shall comply with.
— Ability to identify the potential for communication in individual cases and put the solutions into action that gives the best possible effect of communication.
— Be able to work closely with Building21's administrative team and providers.
