Entur AS

Entur invites tenderers to a pre-qualification in a contract competition. Entur is in a transition process to have modern application and infrastructure architecture that runs as micro-service architecture in a public cloud. This shall ensure that new functionality can be continually provided as quickly as possible in the production systems. Important elements for this change are the desire for shorter ‘time to market’ and a high service level for customers. The aim of this procurement is to enter into a contract with one tenderer, who shall be Entur's partner for operations and infrastructure through a public cloud. The tenderer in question shall provide access to a service catalogue that — given Entur's current and possible future needs — provides the broadest possible scope of services that are offered by the major and recognised international public cloud service providers. The tenderer shall also be able to provide assistance to Entur for service integration, administration, as well as naturally associated consultancy services.

The contracting authority will limit the number of tenderers who will be invited to submit a tender. If there are a sufficient number of qualified tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirements, the number of tenderers who will be invited to submit a tender will be limited to a maximum of 6.
