The assignment includes cleaning Vestlandet University College´s premises in Bergen and Haugesund, as well as cleaning to order in Sogndal, Førde and Stord.

The assignment includes regular cleaning (cleaning that is done relatively frequently at regular intervals), periodic cleaning (cleaning that is not carried out regularly and tasks that are carried out less than once per month) and cleaning to order. Regular cleaning and periodic cleaning assignments are included in the fixed annual price. Cleaning to order shall be invoiced separately in accordance with the contract’s price Annex after the cleaning has been carried out.

Requirement:

The tenderer shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Documentation:

-Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.

-Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers shall be certified by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, cf. the regulations on the approval of cleaning operations and the purchase of cleaning services, or prove that such approval will be obtained no later than the start of the contract.

Requirement:

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation:

Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service,

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers are required to have an annual minimum turnover that is twice the estimated annual value of the contract.

Requirement:

Tenderers shall have good experience from equivalent deliveries.

Documentation:

Description of three relevant deliveries as regards extent and complexity in the last 3 years.

The description shall, as a minimum, contain:

- Contracting authority;

- Date of execution;

- Contact person at the contracting authority (name, telephone number and email address);

- Extent - number of m2 (possibly specified by building/department/location);

- Extent - economic value (possibly specified by building/department/location);

- Complexity - variation in room categories, surfaces, etc. (see the requirement specifications);

- Use of digital systems for managing the cleaning, dealing with deviations and communication;

- Use of INSTA 800;

- Other comments.
