DEKF would like to enter into a contract for daily cleaning, spring cleaning in schools and nurseries, mother's cleaning, window cleaning once a year as well as cleaning to order (extraordinary cleaning), in accordance with NS-INSTAD. Daily cleaning in this contract means cleaning each room's surfaces in accordance with the quality requirements in accordance with NS-INSTA 800:2010, stated by DEKF. This includes scouring and polishing as well as full re-establishment of floors.
Spring cleaning in schools and nurseries shall be carried out in the summer. The cost of the spring cleaning shall be split into 12 equally large parts and invoiced per month.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts. Description of the tenderer's three most relevant contracts during the last 3 years. The description must include an indication of the assignment's value, date, recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). The tenderer is responsible for substantiate relevance through this description. References will be contacted if needed to clarify relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer's responsibility to provide a description substantiating relevance.

A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided. A concise description of the overall quality assurance system that the tenderer will use for this contract.
The description should be so detailed that the contracting authority can undertake an independent evaluation of whether or not the tenderer's quality assurance system can be considered well-functioning for this contract.
If the system is certified in accordance with ISO-9001 or other relevant certification systems, it is sufficient to present a copy of the certificate.
The tenderer is required to have sufficient environmental competence, management systems and procedures so that the environmental impact is as little as possible. A statement of the tenderer's environmental competence and procedures which document the use of cleaning products, handling of waste and water consumption.

If this is described in the organisation's quality or environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001 or equivalent 3rd party verified systems, it is sufficient to submit a copy of the current certificate.
The tenderer must substantiate certification from the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority as a certified cleaning company for 2017.
