The scope and purpose of the contract
A tender contest for a framework agreement regarding case management services for the children's welfare services in Oppegård and Ski municipalities.
The objective of the procurement is to cover the requirement for external consultants in connection with case management for children's welfare services, when this is lacking internally. The contract mainly includes work in connection with investigation cases, but also other case management in accordance with the Children's welfare act also applies.
Presenting cases for the County Social Welfare Board must also be expected.

The procurement's value is estimated to be approx.:
Oppegård municipality: 700 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum.
Ski municipality: 1 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum.
The tender contest shall be implemented as an open tender contest, in accordance with the regulations' Section IV.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.
