Statens vegvesen

Office Application Operation in ICT-Operation in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration shall replace the current central catalogue service with a new system. The product must function together with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's existing ICT platform, (Operative system, Java environment, IDM platform and Access Management platform, see annex 3 the Contracting Authority's Technical Platform).
The contract will be valid for 4 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. See the tender documentation SSA-K Annexes 1-10.

External users: 30 000.
Federate users: 20 000.
Simultaneous logged on users: Cannot be quantified, as the number varies significantly. Tenderers are to describe the limitations and any costs for extending licences in annex 2.
The procurement shall ensure the following aims:
— Replace the current central catalogue service with a new system that covers the Contracting Authority's needs.
— Be a stable system that can be easily implemented in the contracting authority's existing ICT platform.
— Delivered with a predictable cost model.
— Shall be able to be integrated with the current and future surrounding systems.
Varighet: 48 måneder
