The objective of the procurement is to have in place a future oriented and flexible business management system that ensures Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus [Oslo and Akershus University College] (HiOA) has an effective solution to extract and prepare relevant management information (data). The tool for business management shall help leaders and other users to get relevant, standardised and updated management information in a user friendly format. The tool shall be adapted to the graphic profile of HiOA Data collection shall be made more efficient and be automated where appropriate. Oslo and Akershus University College (HiOA) shall enter into agreement with a tenderer to put in place a future oriented and flexible business management system that ensures HiOA has an effective solution to extract and prepare relevant management information (data).

In order to evaluate the tools offered, HiOA will, cfr. the timetable in point 2.5 of the tender documentation, on 22.8.2017, sent out background data to the tenderers who have registered and downloaded the tender documents, so that they can make a demo. The demo should be a part of the tender offer, and should be delivered prior to the submission deadline. We request that the tenderers set aside time to create a demo based on this background data.

The scope of the procurement is uncertain, and the non-binding estimate is between 14 000 000 NOK and 40 000 000 NOK excluding VAT for a contract period of eight years. Refer to the tender documents for further information on needs, scope and the agreement period.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
HiOA shall have the option to extend the agreement. See point II.2.11 for further information about the tender documents.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
HiOA shall have the option to annually extend the contract. From SSA-V: ‘The contract will be automatically renewed for one (1) year at a time unless terminated by the Contracting Authority. During the agreement period, HiOA can choose to purchase future phases, either through the use of SSA-O or SSA-B. See the tender documents for more information.
