In this competition, tenderers are invited to submit tenders for 2 route areas:
Route area 1 consists of:
The routes that start from the depot at Sandmoen make up approx. 8 500 000 km per annum.
Route area 2 consists of:
The routes that start from the depot at Sorgenfri make up just under 8 000 000 km per annum.
Separate contracts will be signed for each route area, even if it is the same company that has won both route areas.

As this is a negotiated procedure, in which the Contracting Authority reserves the right to invite four Tenderers to negotiations, Tenderers shall provide the documentation requested in points 4.1 to 4.5 in the procedure rules as a part of their tender submission. The Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that Tenderers shall only reply to ‘little a’ in the European self-declaration form, part IV. The completed self-declaration form shall be enclosed with the tender. The chosen procurement procedure is negotiated procedure, c.f. the regulations § 9-1. This competition form means that everyone can submit a tender and the received tenders will then be subject to negotiations. If tenders are submitted for each individual route area from more than four tenderers, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to limit the number of tenderers who are invited to participate in the negotiations to four per route area. The route area shall be operated from 3.8.2019 until August 2029, without any options. The date of the last operational day will be notified in writing by the Contracting Authority at the latest 6 months before the assignment period expires.

Tenderers must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT).
The tenderers shall be a legally established company:
Tenderers shall have good conduct.
If a tenderer is planning on using sub-suppliers, documentation shall be provided of the sub-suppliers' obligation to provide the requisite resources for the tenderer.
