If the parties agree, the Contract can be extended for up to 3 years (1+1+1 year), i.e. maximum until 30.6.2028.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
4.3.1 Fossil free fuel as described in the tender documentation and annexes.
4.3.2 Fully electric buses as described in the tender documentation and annexes.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax and VAT certificate: Applicants shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. This shall be documented by presenting a tax and VAT certificate that is not older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline.
Company registration certificate. Applicants shall document that the company is a legally registered company, by presenting a company registration certificate or equivalent certificate as mandated by the legislation in the country where the company is registered as a company. The certificate shall not be older than 1 month, calculated from the deadline for submitting a request for prequalification.

Certificate of conduct: Applicants shall present a certificate of conduct or an equivalent document issued by a competent body in the supplier's home country or the country where the supplier is established, which shows that there are no rejection grounds concerning punishable conditions as mentioned in the Utilities Regulations § 20-2 second section.

Applicants shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment.
Credit rating: Applicants shall present a credit rating that is not older than 1 month calculated from the application deadline.
Annual accounts: Applicants shall present the revised and approved accounts for the last 3 years (2013, 2014, 2015).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Experience from equivalent assignments: Applicants shall have sufficient experience from equivalent competitions, this is to be documented by presenting information on the most relevant assignments that the applicant has or has had in the last 3 years.

Quality assurance and internal management: Applicants shall have a satisfactory system for quality assurance and internal management and shall enclose documentation confirming that the applicant has systems that fulfil the current laws and regulations for the supplier's current business, including internal management. There are no certification requirements for specific standards.

Stand-by system: Applicants shall have a satisfactory stand-by system. Applicants shall enclose a description of their stand-by system and particularly provide an account of:
— how adjustments, stoppages/breakdowns and delays are handled;
— their routines for accidents, fire, robbery etc.
