We have discovered that there are errors/uncertainties in the tender documentation that are not possible to correct. We are also of the opinion that error/uncertainty is of such a character that it can influence the outcome of the competition. There is, thus, an obligation to cancel the competition. On this basis SVVRV has, thus, decided to cancel the competition. A new competition will be published in the near future.
