The tenderer shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the
state where the tenderer is established.
The requirement shall be documented as follows:
Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate
Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to comply with the contractual regulations.
Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
This shall be documented with a credit rating based on the last known fiscal figures.
The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with a licence to conduct this service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Ability to fulfil contracts:
The tenderer shall have good implementation ability, including experience from similar deliveries of offered or equivalent vaccine, of equivalent scope/size, during the last three years.
The tenderer is requested to provide an overview of the most relevant assignments during the last 3 years.
The description must include a statement of:
— product
— the assignment's value/scope
— the date of the delivery
— recipient (name)
It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance in the description.
