4. Construction work in accordance with the drawings and site inspection.

An account shall be given of the company's quality assurance system with routines for documentation and reporting.
3. Wages and working conditions.
Documentation of wages and working conditions for employees of the tenderer and sub-suppliers who will assist in fulfilling the contract. Employees of the service provider or any sub-suppliers shall not have lower wages or worse working conditions than those required by applicable national collective agreements or as otherwise normal for the place or occupation.
