BTV Innkjøp is a joint procurement entity for Buskerud, Telemark and Vestfold Counties and it manages a procurement cooperation that consists of all the municipalities in Buskerud, 12 municipalities in Telemark, Buskerud and Vestfold University College, as well as the county governors in Telemark and Buskerud.

The contract's content and extent
The contracting authority shall enter into parallel framework agreements for the area Audio-visual equipment (AV equipment).
The framework agreement shall cover the procurement of products as well as option for installation, service and maintenance.
The contracting authority has defined its requirement for products and systems for AV equipment in the following product categories:
Category 1: Interactive boards, monitors, projectors, non-interactive projectors;
Category 2: TVs, monitors, information monitors;
Category 3: Sound equipment, cameras, video and conference system/interaction solutions;
Category 4: Control system for Audio-visual equipment and relevant software;
Category 5: Other: Associated products, suspension system, cables and couplings.
The contracting authority emphasises that the procurement of equipment included in the supplier's assortment for the product areas (categories) shall also include other product brands even though these are not directly offered in the tender.
