The Contracting Authority, Aurskog-Høland kommune, hereby invites tenderers to a competition on the delivery of movable equipment for audio, lighting, imaging and stage for the new for the cultural hall in connection with the new 1 — 10 school in the municipal centre of Bjørkelangen. The competition is being carried out as a competition with negotiations, cf. PPR §§ 13-1,13-2, 23-7 and 23-10. The negotiations may apply to all pages of the tender offers. The Contracting Authority plans to hold negotiations with three — five tenderers, cf. PPR § 23-11, as long as there are enough qualified tenderers. If more than this number of tenderers qualify, the selection of who will be negotiated with will be undertaken after an evaluation of the first offer based on the award criteria in chapter four. Negotiations will not be carried out if the Contracting Authority, after the tender offers are received, assesses that negotiations are not appropriate.
